Overview

Pocket Bloom ("we", "us") develops iOS applications. This privacy policy covers our website (pocketbloom.de) and our iOS apps. We take a minimal-data approach: our website collects nothing, and our apps store everything locally on your device.

Website

Our website is a static site. We do not:

  • Collect personal data
  • Use cookies or tracking technologies
  • Use analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no third-party tracking)
  • Share data with third parties

Apps

Our iOS apps store all data locally on your device. Some apps offer iCloud sync, which is handled entirely by Apple through your iCloud account. We do not have access to your synced data.

Data stored locally in Clocked:

  • Time tracking entries
  • Client information
  • App preferences

We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this data.

Subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not process payment information. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

Third-Party Services

Our apps and website do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or data collection services.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), you have the right to:

Since we do not collect personal data through our website and do not have access to your app data, these rights primarily apply to ensuring your local app data is under your full control. You can delete all app data at any time by removing the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
