Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Pocket Bloom apps ("Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Marc Weidler ("we") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

3. App Store Terms

Your use of the Apps is also governed by Apple's standard App Store Terms of Use .

4. Usage Rules

You may not:

• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Apps
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Apps
• Distribute, transfer, or sublicense the Apps
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose

5. User Content

You retain all rights to data you create within the Apps (time entries, client information, etc.). We do not access, collect, or store your app data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marc Weidler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps. Liability for damages based on ordinary negligence is limited to cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
